Our Sushi Making 101 Virtual Experience is a 90 minute beginner sushi making class. We deliver a full kit, including all the food and tools required to follow along in class with a LIVE chef.
We cover 4 types of sushi in class: Nigiri, Maki, Uramaki, and Temaki. We also cover some "fun sushi facts" and the history of sushi making. We keep the class interactive, and offer multiple camera angles to ensure the students can easily follow the chef in class. There is an optional "Show and Tell" experience at the end. Finally, we follow up the class with a recording link, which can be downloaded for 7 days after class, as reference for future sushi making attempts at home.
